A few years ago, Marcus Lemonis, star of the Profit and Business Mogul, threw a design contest for his rebranding of Gander Mountain.

I entered the contest with several designs. I wanted to modernize the concept and give more alternative design options as well as brighter more vibrant color selection.

I ended up having two designs place in the top 20 out of 10,000+entries in the contest!
